Introduction

Welcome to StageHex, a plugin developed for SketchUp, offering advanced design tools focused on structures and lighting in the entertainment industry. By accessing or using StageHex, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use StageHex.

Use of Service

Eligibility: To use StageHex, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

Account Registration: You must create an account to use StageHex. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update it to keep it correct. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Use StageHex in any way that may disable, overburden, damage, or impair StageHex or interfere with any other party's use of StageHex.

Fees and Payment

Subscription Plans: StageHex offers different subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes described on our website.

Billing: Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your subscription will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel it.

Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and block access to StageHex immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the right to use StageHex will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using StageHex.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageHex, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use StageHex.

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from StageHex.

  • Any bug, virus, trojan, or similar that may be transmitted by third parties through StageHex.

  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content made available through StageHex.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. In the case of a significant change, we will attempt to provide notice at least 30 days in advance before new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use StageHex after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
